Emmanuel Faith is a globally certified human resource professional, HR Consultant and Capacity Builder. He currently leads the HR Team at Africhange.

With a background in Economics and cross-sectoral thought-leadership experiences in HR, Faith has worked with major names across different industries, like Big Cabal Media as the Head of Talent Management, Cowrywise, as the Lead, People and Culture, spearheading people-centric processes that positioned the organization as one of the top ten start-ups to work in Nigeria, and General Electric – a Fortune 500 company, where he managed cross-regional people-processes that helped achieve business goals.

Last year, He launched HR Clinic, an initiative focused on providing people-centric advisory to Startup Founders, NGO Founders and SME owners. He also launched Luminous Consult, a career hub focused on providing scalable career solutions for entry-levels and mid-career professionals. He has also spoken at and facilitated more than 200 capacity-building and HR related engagements over the last 5 years.

Faith is an SDG 5 advocate, 4-times TEDx Speaker, A global member in human resources (GPHR), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), and an author of two eBooks - Chronicles of an Intern, a self-instructing book on mapping out a blossoming career through internships, Lustre- an easy guide to building a personal brand that attracts you to your desired opportunities.
