Requirements:

Must be reliable, proactive, and passionate about making an impact.

Available for weekly check-ins and flexible remote collaboration.

Willing to learn, lead, and support a team.
Time Commitment:

Varies by role (avg. 4–6 hours per week).
Remote: online + occasional on-ground support during our events (depending on location).
